| 摘 要： | 本文做了ABC-ELISA与常规ELISA检测抗巨细胞病毒IgM抗体(抗CMV IgM Ab)的比较性研究并获得满意的结果。用两种方法检测了经临床诊断和血清学(IFA)证明为CMV感染的患儿血清共36份。ABC-ELISA检出抗CMV IgM Ab阳性占33份,GMT为1∶120.18,常规ELISA检出阳性占32份,GMT为1∶58.47,两者的符合率为94.4%(34/36)。ABC-ELISA与常规ELISA比较,其灵敏性为91.7%(33/36),特异性为94.3%(33/35),且两种方法都有较好的重复性。

| Abstract: | A comparative study of ABC-ELISA and conventional ELISA precedure for the detection of IgM anti-CMV antibody was undertaken and a satisfactory result obtained.
In a series of serum specimens collected from 36 patients diagnesed by IFA screening test for IgM anti-CMV antibody, 35 normal cord sera were collected as negative by IFA method, 33 specimens positive by ABC-ELISA, GMT=1: 120.81, 32 specimens positive by conventional ELISA, GMT=1:58.47. The overall concordance of two tests was 94.4% (34/36), the sensitivity of the ABC-ELISA 91.7% (33/36) and the specificity 94.3% (33/35). the two tests showed good reproducibility. |
