| 摘 要： | 目的探讨p27和Cyclin E蛋白在膀胱移行细胞癌组织中的表达及其意义.方法采用免疫组化方法(S-P法)检测45例膀胱移行细胞癌组织和8例正常膀胱组织石蜡切片中p27和Cyclin E蛋白的表达.结果膀胱移行细胞癌组织中p27阳性表达率明显低于正常膀胱组织(P＜0.01);膀胱移行细胞癌组织中Cyclin E阳性表达率明显高于正常膀胱组织(P＜0.05).p27与Cyclin E呈负相关(r=-0.207,P＜0.05).结论提示p27和Cyclin E可以作为判别膀胱癌分化程度的标志物,并作为判断预后的指标.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the expression and significance of p27 and cyclin E in trasitional cell carcinoma(TCC).Methods p27 and Cyclin E expressions were examined by immunohistochemical technique in 45 cases of TCC and 8 cases of normal bladder tissues.Results The expression levels of p27 and cyclin E protein were significantly different between TCC and normal tissues.The expressions of p27 and cyclin E was correlating with TCC stage and grade.There was a highly significant inverse correlation between the expressions of p27 and cyclin E.Conclusion p27 and cyclin E might be an useful prognosis marker for bladder carcinoma. |
