经尿道选择性绿激光汽化术与电切术治疗腺性膀胱炎的比较研究

目的通过比较经尿道选择性绿激光汽化和电切治疗腺性膀胱炎的术中、术后的临床指标，探讨经尿道选择性绿激光汽化术治疗腺性膀胱炎的安全性和疗效。方法对62例经病理活检证实的腺性膀胱炎患者，采用单盲随机方法，分别运用经尿道选择性绿激光汽化和电切术两种方法进行治疗，并对术中出血、治愈率和有效率等指标进行比较分析。结果选择性绿激光气化术一次性治愈率、有效率明显高于电切术，术中出血亦远远低于电切术（均为P〈0．05），且术后不需留置尿管。结论经尿道电切和绿激光汽化术是目前治疗腺性膀胱炎较为有效的方法，选择性绿激光治疗技术比电切治疗具有明显的优势。

Comparison of transurethral photoselective vaporization of the prostate and transurethral resection of the prostate for the treatment of cystitic glandularis

Objective To study the effect and safety of transurethral photoselective vaporization of the prostate(PVP) for the treatment of cystitic glandularis by comparing the clinical parameters during the treatment by PVP and transurethral resection of the prostate(TURP).Methods 62 cases of cystitic glandularis confirmed by pathological biopsy were randomly analyzed,who were treated by PVP and TURP,respectively.The parameters,including bleeding,curing rate and effective rate,were analyzed.Results The curing rate and the effective rate of PVP were significantly higher than those of TURP,during which the bleeding was less than TURP(P<0.05 for each),and the patients did not need urinary tube.Conclusion PVP and TURP are the best effective ways for the treatment of cystitic glandularis,but PVP is superior to TU RP.
