| 摘 要： | 笔者通过相关文献分析和归纳,设计了《临床医生科研需求调查表》,对60位临床医生科研活动的主观愿望和客观需求进行调查,分析临床医生开展科研活动的主观意愿与医院提供的科研环境之间的差距,提出均衡科研管理模式,为科研条件和管理策略的改进提供依据,促进科研管理的不断改善。

| Abstract: | In this paper, through literature analysis and induction, design ＂the needs of scientific research of chnicians questionnaire＂, investigate the subjective desire of 60 clinicians＇ research activities and objective demand, analyze the gape between the subjective desire of clinicians to carry on research activities and the hospital provided research environment, put foreward the equilibrium of scientific management, to provide evidence for improvement of conditions for scientific research and management strategy, promote the continuous improvement of scientific management. |
