社会心理干预对美沙酮维持治疗者生存质量的影响

目的探讨社会心理干预对美沙酮维持治疗者生存质量的效果。方法在深圳市选择2所符合条件的美沙酮门诊,将纳入的病例分别作为对照组和干预组。对照组(n=65)进行常规美沙酮治疗,干预组(n=90)在常规治疗基础上进行社会心理干预。采用世界卫生组织编制的生存质量量表(WHOQOLBREF)对干预组和对照组患者进行评估,比较组间生存质量各领域得分情况。结果干预组治疗前后在生存质量主观感受、健康状况主观感受、生理领域、心理领域和环境领域均有统计学差异(p<0.05)。6个月后,干预组生存质量高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论在美沙酮维持治疗过程中加入社会心理干预,能够提高治疗者生存质量,加强治疗效果。

STUDY ON THE EFFECT OF PSYCHOSOCIAL INTERVENTION ON LIFE QUALITY OF METHADONE MAINTENANCE TREATMENT PATIENTS

Objective To explore the effect of psychosocial intervention on life quality of methadone maintenance treatment（MMT） patients. Methods 2 MMT clinics in Shenzhen were chosen, taking the enrolled patients as control group and intervention group respectively. The patients （ n = 65 ） in control group was treated by common MMT, while the intervention group patients（ n = 90 ） was treated by common MMT added psychosocial intervention. WHOQOL - BREF developed by WHO was used to evaluate the result. To compare the scores between the 2 groups. Results In intervention group before and after treatment the scores of life quality subjective concept, health status subjective concept, physiologic field, psychological field and circumstance field were deferent statistically （p 〈 0.05 ）. After six months, the life quality of intervention group was higher than control group, the deference had statistical significance （p 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Psychosocial intervention can improve the life quality of MMT patients, and strengthen the treatment effect.
