| 摘 要： | 笔者联系实际,从认识上提出先进典型的"标杆"作用和"广东医生"的正能量作用;在先进典型的思想引领上,提出培养"广东医生"所应具备的核心价值观、职业胜任力观和奉献进取观;在做法上阐述多维度地开展学习"标杆"活动,打造"广东医生"优秀群体的方法;在成效上简述医院发展的主要成绩;在讨论中论述发挥新时期思想政治工作、先进典型和"广东医生"优秀团体的作用和意义。

| Abstract: | This essay puts forward in cognition the benchmarking effect of Advanced Models and the positive function of the Guangdong Doctors based on the actual situation. Guiding by the Advanced Models＇ idea, the essay proposes to cultivate the Core value, the concept of professional competence and dedication which are necessary to Guangdong Doctors. It sets forth the methods on carrying out the study of benchmark from multidimensional perspectives and forging outstanding group of Guangdong Doctors. In the aspect of efficiency, the essay sketches the achievement in the development of hospitals. In addition, it includes the discussion on the functions and significance of ideological and political work, as well as the Advanced Models and Guangdong Doctors. |
