D101大孔树脂纯化鸡骨草总黄酮的研究

摘    要:探讨 D101大孔吸附树脂纯化鸡骨草总黄酮的工艺条件。以吸附率和解吸率为考查指标,通过单因素实验对影响树脂动态吸附和解吸条件进行考察。最佳工艺条件为:上样浓度3 mg•mL-1,上样流速3 BV•h-1;洗脱剂为80%的乙醇溶液,pH值6.0,洗脱流速3.5 BV•h-1,洗脱剂用量2 BV。鸡骨草黄酮纯度由原来的17.95%提高到52.80%。D101大孔树脂对鸡骨草黄酮类物质有较好的纯化效果,该工艺简单可行。

Abstract:The conditions of purification process of total flavonoids from Abrus cantoniensis by D101 macroporous resin were studied. The conditions of absorption and desorption were investigated by single factor test with the absorption rate and desorption rate as indexes. The best conditions were as follows: sample concentration 3 mg•mL-1, sample loading flow rate 3 BV•h-1, 80% ethanol, pH value 6.0, desorption flow rate 3.5 BV•h-1, desorption volume 2BV. Under the above conditions, the purity of total flavonoids was increased from17.95% to 52.80%. D101 macroprous resin had good properties of purification for flavonoids from Abrus cantoniensis. The process was simple and feasible.
