广金钱草资源调查与药材质量评价

摘    要:目的:对我国广金钱草资源进行调查,并对不同产地药材质量进行评价,为广金钱草资源的可持续利用、合理开发以及规范化种植提供科学依据.方法:资源调查采用查阅文献、走访调查和现地调查相结合的方法进行,药材质量评价采用高效液相色谱法测定夏佛塔苷含量并进行统计分析.结果:广金钱草野生药用植物资源正逐步减少,部分地区很难找到野生资源.人工栽培广金钱草技术不完善、药材质量参差不齐,影响广金钱草进一步的开发和综合利用.结论:应该加大保护资源的力度,保护广金钱草的生态环境,促进其种群恢复.同时,应该尽快建立GAP基地,完善人工栽培、加工技术,满足市场对广金钱草药材的需求.

Abstract:Objective:To investigate plant resource of Desmodium styracifolium and evaluate the quality of crude drugs collected from different locations, so as to provide scientific basis for the sustainable utilization, rational exploitation and standardized cultivation of D. styracifolium. Method: The combination of literature consult and field research was conducted. Determination of schaftoside by HPLC was applied for the evaluation of crude drugs. Result: The wild resource of D. styracifolium was gradually reduced, which was close to extinction in some regions. The cultivating technique of D. styracifolium was imperfect and crude drugs were uneven in quality, which discouraged plant exploitation. Conclusion: The ecological environmental protection of D. styracifolium should be strengthened in order to promote its repopulation. Furthermore, GAP base of D. styracifolium should be set up, so as to improve cultivating and processing technology and meet the need of market.
