姜黄素对肿瘤的抑制和放射增敏作用研究进展

归纳整理近年来各期刊报道的中药提取物姜黄素抗肿瘤和放射增敏作用机制方面的文献.姜黄素在体内外均有一定的抗肿瘤活性,对多种肿瘤细胞有抑制作用,通过抑制肿瘤细胞血管形成,抑制肿瘤细胞的增殖和肿瘤侵袭、诱导肿瘤细胞自噬等多种途径发挥抗肿瘤作用.近年来学者专家们对姜黄素的放射增敏作用进行了研究,初步证实姜黄素通过调节细胞周期,促进肿瘤细胞凋亡,影响信号转导通路等发挥放射增敏作用,对多种肿瘤的预防和治疗有巨大的潜力.但在不同细胞的作用机制尚不明确,因此有必要深入研究.

Progress of Curcumin on Inhibition and Radio Sensitization of Tumor

Summarize literature about the mechanisms of anti-tumor and radiosensitization of Chinese medicine extracts curcumin reported recent years.Curcumin has some antitumor activity in vitro and in vivo,which can inhibit multiple tumors through suppressing tumor angiogenesis,proliferation and invasion,inducing autophagy.In recent years,scholars and experts study on the radiosensitization effect of curcumin,preliminarily confirmed that curcumin plays its radiosensitization effect by regulating cell cycle,promoting cell apoptosis and influencing signal transduction pathways.Which means it has enormous potential in the prevention and treatment of multiple tumors.But the mechanismes of radiosensitization on different cells were unclear,therefore,it is necessary to study further.
