介入手术在治疗心肌梗死中的临床应用

介入治疗在我国临床上得到了广泛的开展,其在急性心肌梗死中的应用获得了满意的治疗效果,大大减轻了患者个人、家庭和社会的负担。本文就介入治疗的发展历程、入路分析以及介入手术与溶栓治疗做一综述,并探讨介入手术的实施时间对患者各项身体指标的影响和替罗非班对治疗急性心肌梗死中的重要作用。展望介入治疗在急性冠脉综合征中的新进展。

Clinical application of interventional surgery in the treatment of myocardial infarction

Interventional therapy in the clinic has been widely carried out,and its role in acute myocardial infarction received a satisfactory therapeutic effect,greatly reducing the individual patient,the burden on family and on society.In this paper,the development of interventional therapy,surgical approach analysis,interventional surgery and thrombolysis treatment were reviewed.Meanwhile,we discussed the effects of the implementation time of surgical intervention in various health indicators of patients and the important role of tirofiban in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction.Finally,we look to the new progress of interventional therapy in the treatment of acute coronary syndrome.
