| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨髌骨骨折经皮微创内固定围手术期的护理。方法 自2011-09～2013-12开展髌骨骨折经皮微创内固定术58例,经过早期全程心理干预和功能锻炼,膝关节功能恢复早,58例患者均无并发症发生。结果 58例患者膝关节功能均于术后6～12月恢复正常。结论 早期全程心理干预和功能锻炼能有效使膝关节功能恢复良好。

| Abstract: | Objective Explore perioperative care of the patellar fracture with percutaneous minimally invasive internal fixation surgery. Method Since 2011,58 cases carried out the percutaneous minimally invasive internal fixation treatment for patellar fracture. After early psychological intervention and functional exercise in the whole course, earlier recovery of knee function has been observed and 58 patients had no complications. Results 58 cases knee function returned to normal after 6 - 12 month. Conclusion early psychological intervention and functional exercise in the whole course can effectively recovery the knee joint function. |
