中医综合疗法治疗慢性盆腔炎湿热瘀结证疗效观察

目的 观察中医综合疗法治疗慢性盆腔炎湿热瘀结证的临床疗效。方法 将68例患者随机分为2组，治疗组48例采用中医综合疗法，即以内服中药加中药灌肠和静脉滴注丹参注射液治疗；对照组20例单纯内服中药治疗。2组均20日为1个疗程。结果 治疗1个疗程后，治疗组治愈率18．75％，总有效率97.92％；对照组痊愈率5，00％，总有效率75．00％。治疗2个疗程后治疗组痊愈率56．25％，总有效率100％：对照组痊愈率25.00％，总有效率90.00％。2组痊愈率、总有效率比较均有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。结论 中医综合疗法治疗慢性盆腔炎湿热瘀结证疗效确切。

Clinical observation with integrated Chinese medicine on patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease

Objective To observe the clinical effect of integrated Chinese meicine on patients with chronic pelvic inflammatiory disease which was differentiated as stasis of humid and heat by clinical symptoms and signs.Methods 68 patients were randomly divided into two groups.48 patients in the treatment group were treated with integrated Chinese(medicine)therapy which taking Chinese herbs,bowel lavaging with Chinese herbs and injecting Danshen venously.20 patients in the control group were only administrated Chinese herbs.20 days was a treatment course in both groups.Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was significant high compare with that in the control group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Integrated Chinese medicine therapy has a definite effect on patients with chronic pelvic inflammatiory disease which was differentiated as stasis of humid and heat by clinical symptoms and signs.
