囊外摘除术与超声乳化术治疗青光眼滤过术后白内障临床分析

目的: 比较现代囊外摘除术(ECCE术)与超声乳化术(Phaco术)治疗青光眼滤过术后的白内障临床疗效。方法: 53例(62眼)青光眼滤过术后并发性白内障患者,其中行ECCE术30例(35眼)行Phaco术23例(27眼),随访术后两组患者视力、并发症及眼压,并进行比较分析。结果: 术后视力 ≥ 0.5者,Phaco组为17眼(62.96%),ECCE组为13眼(37.14%),两组差异有显著性(P<0.05)。术后房闪(++)以上,有纤维素性渗出或晶体表面有色素沉着者ECCE组高于Phaco组(P<0.05)。术后眼压随访两组差异均无显著性(P>0.05)。结论: 青光眼滤过术后白内障术式中,Phaco术优于ECCE术。

Effect of different procedures for cataract after antiglaucomatous operation

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Phacoemulsification(Phaco) and ECCE in treatment of cataract after anti-glaucomatous surgery.Methods: Fifty-three cases(62 eyes) of cataract after antiglaucomatous operation were performed Phaco(27 eyes,23 cases) or ECCE(35 eyes,30 cases).The vision,intraocular pressure and postoperative inflammation of the patients were followed up and the results compared.Results: The sight was ≥ 0.5 in 17 eyes(62.96%) in Phaco group and 13 eyes(37.14%) in ECCE group.The difference was significant(P<0.05).Room water glimmering ≥ (++),celluose seeping out and pigmentation on IOL,in that the ECCE group was severe than the Phaco group(P<0.05).Interlobular pressure was the same between Phaco and ECCE group(P>0.05).Conclusions: Phaco is better than ECCE for the treatment of cataract after antiglancomatous operation.
