| 摘 要： | 目的探讨血清白细胞介素-6与胃癌生物学特性的关系。方法采用ELISA法(双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附试验)检测28例胃癌患者和32例胃溃疡患者手术前后血清IL-6含量,并进行相关分析。结果胃癌患者血清IL-6水平明显高于正常人及胃溃疡患者(P<0.01),且与手术效果、临床分期和癌细胞分化程度有关(P<0.01)。结论胃癌患者血清IL-6水平在一定程度上可反映胃癌发生、发展和预后,可作为预测胃癌预后及疗效的有效指标。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the relationships between serum interleukin 6 and biologic feature of gastric cancer. Methods The serum interleukin 6 in 28 patients with stomach cancer and 32 patients with gastric ulcer were determined by ELISA method before and after operation. Results The serum interleukin 6 level of patients with gasric cancer was significantly higher than that in control group and the patients with gastric ulcer(P< 0 01),and correlated with operative effect, clinical stages and degree of differentiation of cancer cell. Conclusion The serum interleukin 6 levels can reflect occurrence, development and prognosis of gastric cancer in a certain degree. It can play an effective index role in forecasting prognosis and efficacy of gastric cancer. |
