| 摘 要： | 笔者回顾性分析了20例艾滋病的临床和胸部X线表现。认为本病的胸部X线表现无特异性。结合文献复习,将胸部X线表现分为(1)浸润型;(2)肺水肿型,(3)肿块型;(4)间质型;(5)胸腔积液型;(6)空洞型;(7)混和型。并从病理学角度对上述表现进行了讨论。 |

| Abstract: | Chest X-ray findings and clinical manifestation of 20 cases with acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS) were reported. It is often lack of specific manifestation in roentgenology. With reviewing references, the chest findings were divided into 7 types: (1) infiltration, (2) pulmonary edema, (3) mass, (4) interstitial reticular pattern, (5) hydrothorax, (6) cavity and, (7) mixed. In this paper the pathologic basis of chest X-ray features were also duscussed. |
