| 摘 要： | 本文报道31例经手术病理证实的肾上腺腺瘤。发现61％的腺瘤位于腺体的表面。认为CT扫描可以从结节的大小、增强前后密度及肿块与邻近腺体关系较明确地诊断肾上腺皮质腺瘤。 |

| Abstract: | Adrenocortical adenomas proved histopathologically in 31 cases on CT scans were reviewed. The tumors on the surface of the adrenal gland on CT scans were found in 61%. We believed that the diagnosis of adrenocortical adenoma could be made acorrding to the size of the mass, the pre-and postcontrast density and the relationship between the mass and the adrenal gland. |
