颈部软组织状态对颈源性高血压影响的随机对照研究

目的探讨颈部软组织状态的改变对颈源性高血压的影响.方法采用分层区组随机分组方法.治疗组107例,男32例,女75例;年龄40～69岁,平均56.89岁.对照组109例,男28例,女81例;年龄44～73岁,平均56.36岁.治疗组使用温热理疗床,以温热理疗头自受试者颈根部至脊椎T2部位沿两侧颈肌进行连续的上、下滚动按摩10 min;对照组使用场效应治疗仪与无针针灸按摩仪在肾俞、风池、曲池、外关、阳陵泉等穴位进行治疗.两组均为每日治疗1次,连续7 d为1个疗程,共治疗8个疗程.结果治疗后,两组血压均无明显改变;两组颈部软组织压痛、颈部活动度及临床症状均有改善(P＜0.05),且治疗组疗效优于对照组.结论单纯改变颈部软组织状态不足以对高血压产生直接的治疗作用,但对患者临床症状具有一定的改善作用.

Randomized control study of cervical hypertension influenced by the state of cervical soft tissues

Objective:To study the influences of the state of cervical soft tissues on cervical hypertension.Methods:A random,layered and grouping research were designed.One hundred and seven patients were involved in treatment group,28 male,75 female,the average age was 56.89 years(range,40~69 years).One hundred and nine patients were involved in control group,28 male,81 female,the average age was 56.36 years(range,44~73 years).Patients in treatment group were treated with lukewarm physiotherapy couch.During the treatment,physiotherapeutic head of thermoelectrode was rolling back and forth from the collar to T2 vertebrae,and along the bilateral cervical muscle of patients,which lasted 10 minutes;Patients in control group were treated with field-effect therapeutic equipment and needleless electrode massor were placed on the points such as Shenshu,Fengchi,Quchi,Waiguan and Yanglingquan etc.Patients in both groups were treated once a day in a successive 7 days of a course.The whole treatment consisted of 8 courses.Results:Blood pressure of both groups were not changed nearly.The tenderness of surrounding soft tissues,movements and symptoms of neck of both groups after therapy were improved (P<0.05).Therapeutic effects of treatment group were significantly better than that of control group.Conclusion:Changes of the state of cervical soft tissues alone can not exert the direct effect on hypertension,but can somewhat improve the clinical symptoms of patients.
