医学本科毕业生自费出国留学情况调查分析

本研究采用问卷调查方法，调查并分析了北京大学医学本科毕业生自费出国留学的动机、国外学校的选择及毕业后的回国意向等。研究结果发现，自费出国留学的医学本科毕业生的家庭经济状况较好，学业成绩优秀，出国留学的目标形成较早，影响出国留学的因素较多；出国主要是为了学习国外先进的科学技术和研究方法，丰富个人的经验和阅历等；大约一半学生表示学成回国，一半学生表示视情况而定，极少数学生不打算回国。对于医学本科毕业生自费出国留学，应该予以鼓励并制定切实可行的政策吸引其学成归国。同时，国内高等医学教育应当提高办学质量以应对教育国际化带来的挑战。

The survey of medical undergraduates studying abroad at his own expense

The paper analyzed the motivation and ideas of the medical undergraduates, who studied abroad at his own expense and came back, with questionnaire. The results showed that they had good family economic conditions, excellent academic record, and their ideas of studying abroad was formed early and affected by many factors. The motivation for study abroad was to acquire advanced medical technologies and research methods so as to enrich their experiences. After graduation, about half of them would come back, some of them would make decision according to the actual situation, and fewer of them would stay outside. This study shows that the undergraduates who studied abroad at his own expense have a positive attitude toward to come back. We should take some measures to encourage them to do so when they complete their study. On the other hand, we Should improve the quality of China' s medical education for adapting to foreign challenges.
