| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨医院制剂室现代化管理。方法:介绍制剂室现代化管理的思维模式、基本原理和实施情况。结果:医院制剂室的管理应确立现代化管理的思维模式,充分运用现代化管理基本原理,以管理促效益,实现规范、有序和高质发展的目标。结论:应用现代化管理的思想和手段对制剂生产及工作人员实行规范管理,可以保证制剂质量,提高工作效益。

| Abstract: | Objective:To discuss the modern management of department of pharmaceutical preparation in hospital.Methods:The thinking mode,basic principle and application of this management mode are introduced.Results:When the modern thinking mode is established and modern management mode is used fully,the goal of regular,orderly and high-quality development can be achieved.Conclusion:The quality of product and efficiency of work can be improved by application of the ideology and means of modern administration in the department of pharmaceutical preparation in hospital. |
