还原型谷胱甘肽对顺铂肾毒性损伤的保护作用及其机制的研究

摘    要:
目的:观察还原型谷胱甘肽对顺铂所致肾毒性损伤的预防性保护作用。方法:100例癌症患者随机分成两组,比较其肾毒性。结果:以顺铂为主的联合化疗有效率均达到53%以上,化疗后对照组肾毒性损伤要高于治疗组。结论:还原型谷胱甘肽能有效地预防顺铂所致肾毒性损伤。

Abstract:
OBJECTIVE: To observe the protective effect of reduced glutathione(GSH) against cisplatin-induced nephrotoxicity.METHODS: 100 cancer patients were randomly divided into two groups,with the nephrotoxicity evaluated comparatively.RESULTS: The response rate of combination chemotherapy chiefly cisplation was above 53%, and the nephrotoxicity of control group was more severe than in the treatment group after chemotherapy.CONCLUSION: Reduced glutathione is effective in preventing against cisplantion-induced nephr...
