音乐治疗在脑瘫儿童康复训练中的效果观察

目的：探讨音乐治疗对小儿脑瘫功能康复训练效果的影响.方法：符合脑瘫标准的患儿41例,通过分层随机单盲法分成观察组（21例）和对照组（20例）,对照组采用常规康复方法,观察组在对照组基础上增加音乐治疗,治疗时间为3个月,在治疗前及治疗后采用GMFM-88项量表对两组患儿进行评估.结果：治疗前两组患儿GMFM-88项量表总百分比值比较差异无统计学意义；治疗后3个月,观察组平均每月上升（5.13±2.78）分,对照组平均每月上升（2.98±2.43）分,两组比较具有统计学意义.结论：音乐治疗能有效提高脑瘫儿童功能康复效果.

Objective： To investigate the effect of music therapy on the recovery treatment of children with cerebral palsy. Methods： 41 standardized cases of cerebral palsy are divided into the observation group （21 cases） and the control group （20 cases） by the Stratified Random Sampling and Single-Blind Methods. Conventional rehabilitation therapy was applied to children in the control group, while music therapy together with the conventional rehabilitation therapy were used for children in the observation group. The whole treatment course lasted three months. Before and after the treatment, patients in both group were assessed by adopting the GMFM-88 Rating Scale methods. Results： Before the treatment, there was of no statistical difference for the children in the total percentage figures of GMFM-88 rat treatment, the total percentage figures g of scale in both two groups. However, after three-month GMFM-88 rating scale in the observation group increased about （5.13±2.78） percent every month, while the control group increased （2.98±2.43）,which was of statistical significance. Conclusion. Music therapy can effectively improve the functional recovery of children with cerebral palsy.
