解毒胶囊对人巨细胞病毒抑制作用的体外实验研究

目的　探讨中药解毒胶囊对人巨细胞病毒 (HCMV)的抑制作用。方法　在人胚肺成纤维细胞培养 2 4h后 ,加入HCMVAD169毒株 ,作用 2h后加入不同浓度解毒胶囊观察其对该病毒的抑制作用。结果　解毒胶囊的最大无毒浓度为 15 6mg/L ,最小有效浓度为 39mg/L ,治疗指数为 4。结论　解毒胶囊在体外具有良好的抑制HCMV作用 ,随药物浓度增高作用增强 ,是治疗HCMV感染 (孕妇婴幼儿除外 )安全、有效的药物。

Research on inhibiting effect of detoxication capsule against human cytomegalovirus in vitro

Objective It is to discuss the inhibiting effect of Chinese traditional medicine detoxication capsule against human cytomegalovirus (HCMV).Methods HCMV AD_ 169 Which had been planted for 24 hours was put in the human embryo lung fibroblasts. Then the detoxication capsule with different concentration was put in. The inhibiting effect of detoxication capsule against HCMV was observed.Results The maximal innocuity concentration of the detoxication capsule was 156 mg/L, its minimal effect concentration was 39 mg/L, and its treatment index was four.Conclusion Detoxication capsule has good inhibiting effect against HCMV in vitro, and the effect will be potentiation while the concentration heightens. It is a safe and effective medicament for HCMV infection (except pregnant women and infants).
