| 摘 要： | 目的：了解乳腺癌患者术后焦虑、抑郁状况,并分析其影响因素。方法：采用SAS和SDS量表对乳腺癌术后患者进行心理测评。结果：乳腺癌术后患者的焦虑、抑郁状况明显高于国内常模,其发生与年龄、收入、临床分期和职业等有关。结论：乳腺癌术后患者存在较严重的焦虑和抑郁情绪,应重视对乳腺癌术后患者的心理干预。
