儿童紫癜性肾炎行甲基强的松龙和环磷酰胺双冲击治疗的护理

目的：观察采用甲基强的松龙（MP）和环磷酰胺（CTX）冲击治疗儿童紫癜性肾炎（HSPN）患者的效果及护理,以便为该病患儿提供更好的系统化护理。方法：甲基强的松龙用量为15～30 mg/（kg·d）,每日总量不超过1 000 mg,加入葡萄糖盐水（低张）250 ml中静脉滴注,连续3 d为1疗程,以后改为强的松口服,1 mg/（kg·d）;CTX加入葡萄糖盐水（低张）250 ml中静脉滴注,连用2 d为1疗程,冲击剂量按20～25 mg/（kg·次）;治疗期间实施周密细致的护理,追踪观察疗效。结果：行MP＋CTX冲击疗法的系统化整体护理疗效满意。结论：系统的护理措施是双冲击疗法取得满意效果的一个重要因素,做好心理护理,饮食指导,对药物不良反应的密切观察和及时处理,避免诱发因素,有针对性的出院宣教对提高患儿生存质量和治疗效果至关重要。

The nursing of children with henoch-schoniein nephritis of pulse treatments with methylprednisolone and cytoxan

Objective ：To observe the clinical nursing of treatments with Methylprednisolone （MP）and Cytoxan （CTX） to the children with Henoeh -Schonlein Nephritis （HSPN）, Sum up methods and give systematized nursing fo.r.them. Methods： MP was 15 -30 mg/ （ kg · d） and less than 1 000 mg one day, adding glucose saline solution 250 ml of intravenous drip , or three consecutive days for a course of treatment , after the change of oral prednisolone 1 rag/（ kg · d）. CTX adding Glucose saline solution 250 ml of intravenous drip, for two days for a course of treatment. The CTX dose of every time was 20 -25 mg/（ kg · 次）. We implement holistic nursing and observation of treatment and calculate effective percentage during treatment. Results ： MP and CTX treatments was satisfied with the overall effect of nursing. Conclusion： The nursing is the pulse treatments satisfaction with results achieved an important factor, good psychological care, diet guidance, adverse drug reactions on the observation and timely manner to avoid induced factors, targeted discharged missionaries to improve and the quality of life of patients with essential treatments.
