| 摘 要： | 目的]探讨心理干预在儿童功能性再发性腹痛治疗中的作用。方法]应用心理干预结合中药治疗儿童功能性再发性腹痛38例,并与单纯中药治疗30例进行对照分析。结果]2组有效率比较,治疗组优于对照组,治疗组明显高于对照组(P<0·01)。结论]心理干预结合中药治疗儿童功能性再发性腹痛疗效显著。

| Abstract: | Objective Explore the function of mental intervention in the treatment of children's functional recurrent abdominal pain(FRAP). Method 38 cases of FRAP children were treated with mental intervention and Chinese drugs, which was compared and analysed with 30 cases of pure Chinese drugs. Result On effective rate, the treatment group was better than control one, the effective rate of the treatment group was obviously higher than the control(P>0.05). Conclusion It has good therapeutic effect to treat children FRAP with mental intervention and Chinese drugs. |
