| 摘 要： | 本文报告儿童创伤性窒息病人10例。男6女，4年龄9－14岁，受伤原因为成群学生拥挤下楼时俯跌，呈“叠瓦式”挤压而形成。并对创伤性窒息的发病机制，眼部变化，合并伤及诊断处理进行了讨论。 |

| Abstract: | Ten cases of traumatic asphyxia in children is reported in this paper. of them 6 were male and 4 female,aging from 9 to 14 yr. All were injured in an accident when a crowd of pupils fell downstairs in an imbricate way. The cause, pathogenesis, manifestation of the eyes, complication, diagnosis and treatment of traumatic asphyxia in children have been discussed. |
