| 摘 要： | 目的观察真武汤加味方治疗扩张型心肌病（DCM）的疗效。方法66例DCM患者随机分为两组。对照组33例给予强心、利尿、扩血管等西医常规治疗,治疗组33例在对照组治疗基础上加用真武汤加味方,两组疗程均为3个月。观察临床症状及血清TNF-α、IL-6、hs-CRP水平治疗前后变化。结果治疗组治疗后气促、心悸、水肿、乏力等主要症状改善优于对照组（P〈0.05）;治疗组治疗后TNF-α、IL-6、hs-CRP水平明显低于对照组（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）。结论真武汤加味方能有效改善扩张型心肌病症状,可能与其抑制炎症反应有关。
