| 摘 要： | 目的结合CT三维定位技术明确脑出血微创治疗术的手术指征、手术时机、手术方式以及手术疗效。方法回顾分析80例脑出血患者在CT三维定位引导下微创治疗疗效。结果 3d内17例患者血肿基本清除,3-7d49例患者血肿消除约70-80%,再出血9例（15-30d内有好转）,1w内死亡5例,6例合并针道出血（3-5ml）,90%患者10-50d内出院。结论 CT三维定位引导下微创治疗中等量以上脑出血,定位更准确,疗效更佳。

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore the indications,timing,approach and treatment of cerebral hemorrhage with minimally invasive technique under CT three-dimensional guidance.Methods: Eighty cases of cerebral hemorrhage with minimally invasive CT-guided three-dimensional positioning therapy were retrospective analyzed.Results: In 3 days,basic hematoma in 17 patients cleared,and in 3-7 days,49 hematomas were eliminated about 70-80%.Nine cases occurred rebleeding.In one week 5 patients died and 6 cases complicated with nee... |
