DSA 检查与介入治疗在缺血性脑血管病中的应用体会

目的评价脑血管DSA检查和介入治疗缺血性脑血管病中的价值。方法回顾对96例患者行DSA检查和其中53例行支架介入治疗资料。结果 96例患者顺利行DSA检查,53例成功行球囊成形术和64枚支架介入治疗,动脉平均狭窄从（83±6）%降低到（21±5）%,其中出现低血压、心动过缓15例,高灌注综合征2例,1例颈总动脉形成夹层致血栓形成,出现一侧肢体轻度偏瘫。术后随访45例（84.91%）神经功能改善明显,7例（13.21%）,1例一侧肢体轻度偏瘫（1.89%）。结论 DSA检查是缺血性脑血管病的有效方法,球囊成形术和支架植入介入治疗缺血性脑血管病近期疗效满意。

Application of digital subtraction angiography (DSA) and interventional therapy in the ischemic cerebrovascular disease

Objective To investigate the value of digital subtraction angiography（DSA） for diagnosis and treatment on the ischemic cerebrovascular disease.Methods DSA data of 94 cases suffered from ischemic cerebrovascular disease were retrospective analyzed,in which 53 cases underwent stent implantation.Results DSA were taken well on the 99 patients,in which 53 cases underwent balloon angioplasty and 64 stents were successful implanted.The mean artery stenosis in diameter was decressed from（83±6）% to（21±5）% after stent implantation.There were 15 cases with hypopiesia and bradycardia,and there were 2 cases with hypertransfusion symptom,1 cases with lightly hemiparalysis for thrombopoiesis caused by the arteria carotis communis sandwich.During the follow-up after the treatment,neurological function improvement was obtained in 45 cases（80.2%）,lightly hemiparalysis in 1 patient.Conclusion DSA is an effective examination on the diagnosis of ischemic cerebrovascular disease.Satisfactory short–term curative effect is obtained in the patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease by angioplasty and stent implantation.
