关节镜微创手术治疗膝关节痛风性关节炎效果观察

目的探讨膝关节痛风性关节炎采用关节镜微创手术治疗的临床效果。方法本次研究选择的对象共20例,均为我院2009年3月-2012年3月收治的膝关节痛风性关节炎的患者,均在关节镜下开展微创手术,现回顾相关资料。结果本组20例患者,术后均无切口不愈合及感染的情况发生,行平均10个月的随访,膝关节疼痛均在术后呈显著减轻表现。对手术前后膝关节功能采用膝关节功能Lysholm评分进行评定,手术后平均得分显著高于手术前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床膝关节痛风性关节炎治疗时,采用关节镜应用虽不能替代饮食控制和药物调节等全身性降尿酸治疗方法,但在局部治疗中,其具有较高有效性及安全性,使膝关节功能获得了较大的恢复,显著改善了患者生活质量。

The effect of arthroscopic and minimally invasive operation in treatment of knee gout arthritis

【Objective】To investigate the knee gouty arthritis with arthroscopy minimally invasive operation in treatment of clinical effect.【Methods】This study selected a total of 20 cases in our hospital in 2009,are from March to 2012 March were knee gout arthritis patients,both in the arthroscopic developing minimally invasive operation,we review related information.【Resluts】 20 patients in this group,after operation there was no incision healing and infection occurs,average 10 months of follow-up,knee pain in the postoperative significantly reduce performance.Before and after the operation of knee function using the knee function Lysholm score were assessed after operation,average scores were higher than those before operation,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.【Conclusion】 Clinical knee gouty arthritis treated by arthroscopy,the application of diet control and drug regulation and other systemic uric acid treatment methods are not a substitute for,but in the treatment of localized,which is of high efficiency and safety,so that the knee function to obtain larger restoration,improves the quality of life of patients with.
