| 摘 要： | DNA甲基化是一种重要的表遗传学表达机制,也是基因表达调控的一种方式,与肿瘤的发生关系密切。胃癌的发生是多阶段、多因素异常累计的结果,其中基因的甲基化与胃癌及胃癌前病变关系密切。这为胃癌的早期诊断、治疗、预后提供了新的思路。本文就基因甲基化与胃癌前病变和胃癌的关系进行阐述。

| Abstract: | Methylation of DNA is a kind of important epigenetics expression mechanism,as well as a way of control genetic expression.There is close relationship between the development of cancer and the methylation of DNA.A few of stages and factors result in proceeding of gastric cancer.Methylation of DNA is correlated with gastric cancer and precancerous state.The view provids a new idea for gastric cancer early diagnoseis,therapy and prognosis.This article review the relationship among methylation of DNA with gastric precancerous state and gastric cancer. |
