摘    要:骨髓微环境由骨髓基质细胞、成骨细胞、破骨细胞及其产生的细胞外基质和细胞因子等组成.这些细胞通过分泌可溶性细胞因子和细胞外基质支持造血细胞的生长、增殖、分化.它不仅支持正常和恶性造血细胞的生长,并通过分泌可溶性细胞因子、细胞黏附作用、上调耐药基因及改变细胞周期等机制庇护白血病细胞所免于化疗药物的杀伤.本文就骨髓微环境介导...

Abstract:The bone marrow microenvironment consists of bone marrow stromal cells,osteoblasts and osteoclasts which facilites the survival,differentiation and proliferation of hematopoietic cells through secreting soluble factors and extracellular matrix proteins that mediate these functions.This environment not only supports the growth of normal and malignant hematopoietic cells,but also protects them against the damage from chemotherapeutic agents through the secretion of soluble cytokines,cell adhesion,up-regulatio...
