补阳还五汤抗脑缺血再灌注损伤作用机理的研究

摘    要:研究了大鼠脑缺血45分钟再灌注3天后血清及脑组织MDA、SOD、NO及NOS的变化及补阳还五汤的保护作用。结果缺血再灌注后大鼠血清及脑组织MDA和NO含量显升高;脑组织SOD活性显降低;NOS活力显升高,补阳还五汤能有效的防止这些变化。表明补阳还五汤可通过提高脑组织的抗氧化能力及降低NO含量及NOS活力而发挥其抗脑缺血再灌注损伤的作用。

Abstract:Objective: To study the changes of MDA, SOD, NO and NOS in serum and brain tissue after cerebral ischemia and reperfusion in rats and the protective effect of Buyanghuanwutang (BYHWT). Method: By ligating bilateral carotid for 45 min followed reperfusion 3 days in rats, the level of MDA and NO in serum and brain tissue and the activity of SOD and NOS in brain tissue were measured. Result: After cerebral ischemia-reperfusion, the concentration of MDA and NO in serum and brain tissue was significantly increased; the activity of SOD was significantly decreased; and the activity of NOS was significantly increased. BYHWT could effectively prevent these changes. Conclusion: BYHWT may play the role of antagonizing cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury by raising antioxidation of the brain tissue and reducing the content of NO and the activity of NOS.
