不同方法对盐酸小檗碱片含量测定的比较研究

目的:评价盐酸小檗碱片含量测定常用分析方法。方法:采用高效液相色谙法,紫外分光光度法,讨论、比较的方式,提出问题,并提出解决问题的方法。结果:测定方法不同含量差异较大。结论:应尽快找到更加完善的测量盐酸小檗碱的方法,以弥补现行标准的不足。

Comparison of Different Methods for the Determination of Berberine Hydrochloride Tablets

Objective: To evaluate the common analysis methods for determination of the content of berberine hydrochloride tablets.Methods: The HPLC and ultraviolet spectrophotometry methods were used in the experiments.Discovering questions in the experiemnts and proposing some ways to solve the problem.Results: Different methods to determination had distinctly different content.Conclusion: Some better ways to determine berberine hydrochloride should be proposed as soon as possible to compensate for the inadequacy of existing standards.
