银杏达莫联合前列腺素E1和多种维生素治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床观察

目的观察银杏达莫注射液联合前列腺素E1和多种维生素治疗糖尿病周围神经病变（DPN）的临床疗效。方法 106例DPN患者被随机分成对照组和治疗组,每组53例。对照组采用前列腺素E1和多种维生素治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用银杏达莫注射液。检测两组患者治疗前后的空腹血糖（FBG）、餐后2h血糖（2hPBS）和果糖胺（FA）以及正中神经、腓总神经的运动神经传导速度（MCV）和感觉神经传导速度（SCV）,并观察临床疗效。结果两组患者治疗前后FBG、2hPBS和FA的变化差异均无统计学意义（P均〉0.05）;两组患者治疗后MCV、SCV均升高,与治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义（P均〈0.01）,且治疗组的MCV、SCV均高于对照组（P〈0.01）;两组患者治疗后临床症状均改善,且治疗组总有效率高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论银杏达莫注射液联合前列腺素E1和多种维生素对DPN的治疗可取得更好的疗效。

Clinical observation of Yinxing Damo with PGE1 and polyvitamins in treating diabetic peripheral neuropathy

Objective To observe the clinical treatment effect of Yinxing Damo with PGE1 and polyvitamins in treating diabetic peripheral neuropathy（DNP）.Methods 106 cases of DPN patients were randomly divided into the treatment group（n=53） and the control group（n=53）.The treatment group was given Yinxing Damo with PGE1 and polyvitamins.The control group was just given PGE1 and polyvitamins.The treatment effect was evaluated,by blood-fasting glucose（FBG）,2 hours post-meal blood glucose（2 h PBS）,fructosamine（FA）,motor nerves and sensory nerves conduction velocity.Results The variation of FBG,2 h PBS and FA in two group have no significant differences（P〈0.05）.In treatment group the improvement of DPN symptoms and nerves conduction velocity are much more obvious than that in control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Yinxing Damo with PGE1 and polyvitamins are more effective for treatment of DNP.
