| 摘 要： | 目的探讨人工股骨头置换术手术配合的体会。方法对46例人工股骨头置换患者采取围手术期处理、术前视访、心理疏导及护理、手术器械和物品准备齐全、术中熟练配合等。结果患者合作，手术过程顺利，术后恢复良好。结论手术室护士细致完善的术前准备、术前视访和术中积极熟练的配合是手术顺利进行、手术成功的有力保障。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To probe cooperation on the artificial femoral replacement surgery. Methods Preoperative visual interviews, psychological counseling and care, surgical instruments and supplies, intraoper- ative skilled effort were well done in 46 cases of artificial femoral replacement. Results Patients cooperated well and recovered well. Conclusion Nurses＇ meticulous preoperative preparation, preoperative and intraoper- afiv visit coincide with the smooth surgery and successful operation. |
