养生本草的研究具有重大的现实意义,笔者通过搜集历代多部养生本草经典名著进行归纳﹑分类,按照一定的筛选原则和思路对本草药物进行筛选,尝试摸索出具有实际应用价值的规律,并阐述了代表性药物的现代研究进展,展望了中医养生本草的应用前景以及研究的新方向与思路。
