某妇幼保健院门诊药房实施计算机管理的效果

目的：探讨某妇幼保健院门诊药房实施计算机管理的效果.方法：根据该院门诊情况制定药品入库出库程序管理制度,分析实施计算机管理后,药品管理、处方调剂管理、人员管理等程序完善的情况,对取药等候时间、药品盘点时间、账目符合率等进行记录.并通过对患者进行问卷调查,了解其对药房服务水平的满意程度.结果：实施计算机管理后,门诊药房管理在准确度、患者满意度方面优于实施前,差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;取药等候时间、药品盘点时间、账目符合率分别为（8.97±1.55） min、（1.24±0.41）d、（96.47±1.04）％,优于实施管理前的（19.25±3.14） min、（3.25±1.14）d、（88.54±2.96）％,差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;实施管理后患者对药房服务水平满意度为4.21,高于实施前的2.18,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论：该院门诊药房实施计算机管理具有重要的作用及意义,能够缩短患者取药时间,科学管理药品.

Effect of Computer Management in Outpatient Pharmacy of a Maternity and Child Healthcare Hospital

Objective：To investigate the effect of computer management in outpatient pharmacy of a maternity and child health care hospital.Methods：According to the clinical situation of the hospital,the program management systems for drug warehousing and ex-warehousing were established.After the computer management,the management improvement in drug,dispensing and staff were analyzed,the waiting time of patients,drug checking time and account coincidence rate were recorded.The satisfaction of patients was obtained by a questionnaire survey.Results：After the implementation of computer management,the accuracy and satisfaction of the outpatient pharmacy were improved with the statistically significant differences （P 〈 0.05）.The waiting time of patients,drug checking time and account coincidence rate was （8.97 ± 1.55） min,（1.24-± 0.41） d and （96.47-± 1.04） %,respectively,which was better than that before the implementation of the management（19.25 ± 3.14） min,（3.25 ± 1.14） d and （88.54 ± 2.96） %,respectively] with the significant difference （P 〈 0.05）.The satisfaction of patients was 4.21 after the implementation of the management,which was higher than that （2.18） before the implementation with significant difference （P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion：The implementation of computer management in outpatient pharmacy of health care hospital plays an important role in shortening waiting time of patients and strengthening scientific management of various drugs.
