HPLC法测定艾滋病口腔含漱液中苦参碱与氧化苦参碱的含量

目的：建立艾滋病口腔含漱液中有效成分苦参碱与氧化苦参碱的含量测定方法.方法：采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱Agilent ZORBAX NH2（250 mm×4.6mm,5μm）,流动相为乙腈-无水乙醇-3％磷酸溶液（82∶9∶9）,流速：1.0 ml·min-1,检测波长：222 nm,柱温：30℃,进样量：10μl.结果：苦参碱在6.6 ～41.3μg·ml-1（r=0.999 6）、氧化苦参碱在8.2～51.2 μg·ml-1（r=0.999 6）的浓度范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率分别为99.96％、99.70％,RSD分别为1.46％,1.29％（n=6）.结论：本方法操作简便、重复性好,可以更有效地控制制剂的质量.

Determination of Matrine and Oxymatrine in AIDS Gargles by HPLC

Objective：To set up a simultaneous determination method for matrine and oxymatrine in AIDS gargles.Methods：The HPLC quantitative analysis was carried out on a column of Agilent ZORBAX NH2 （250 mm ×4.6 mm,5 μm）with the mobile phase of acetonitrile-anhydrous ethanol-3% phosphate（82∶ 9∶ 9） at a flow rate of 1.0 ml · min-1,and 222 nm was selected as the detection wavelength.The column temperature was 30℃,and the sample volume was 10 μl.Results：The linear range of matrine was 6.6-41.3 μg · ml-1 （r =0.999 6） and that of oxymatrine was 8.2-51.2 μg · ml-1 （r =0.999 6）.The recovery was 99.96% （RSD =1.46%,n =6） and 99.70% （RSD =1.29%,n =6）,respectively.Conclusion：The method is simple,reproducible and specific.
