| 摘 要： | 目的：观察复骨健步片配合外洗治疗跟痛症的临床疗效。方法：将60例患者随机分为两组，治疗组1：7服复骨健步片（三七、枸杞子、丹参、山茱萸、黄芪、生地黄、桂枝等）配合中药熏洗治疗，对照组采用局部痛点封闭配合芬必得治疗。结果：治疗组临床治愈率为96．7％，对照组治愈率为93．3％，差异无显著性意义（P〉0．05），两组治疗后复发率比较，治疗组明显低于对照组（P〈0．05），具有显著的统计学意义。结论：复骨健步片配合中药熏洗治疗跟痛症效果显著且复发率低。

| Abstract: | Objective： to observe the clinical effect of Fugujianbu tablet and washing on treating painful heel. Method： 60 cases were divided 2 groups. The treatment was treated with Fugujianbu tablet and herb washing and the control with loc, alized pain close and fenbid. Results： clinical cure rate was 96.7% in treatment and the control was 93.3%. Conclusion： there is significant effect in fugujianbu tablet to treating painful heel and lower recurrence, |
