| 摘 要： | 目的探讨白酒对健康大鼠凝血及纤溶的影响.方法将大鼠随机分为正常对照组、阿司匹林组、白酒低、中、高剂量组,灌胃4个月后,抽静脉血查PT、FB、TT、PAI、t-PA.结果白酒高剂量组与其他组相比PT延长,差异有统计学意义,P＜0.05.FB、TT;t-PA、PAI值各组间差异无统计学意义,P＞0.05.结论白酒高剂量可使大鼠的PT延长,具有抗凝作用. |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effects of Liquor Wine on coagulation and fibrinolysis in rats. Methods The rats were randomly devided into five groups: the normal control group, the aspirin group, the low-dose wine group, the moderate - dose wine group and the high- dose wine group.After the rats were fed for 4 months, the blood in vein were drew to test PT, FB,TT, PAI, t - PA. Results The PT of high - dose wine group was longer than that of other groups.There were significant differences among them (P<0.05) .There were not significant differences among those groups on FB, TT, t-PA, PAI(P>0.05).Conclusion The high - dose wine make PT longer of rats, and it has anti - coagulation effect. |
