川芎嗪联合尿激酶静脉溶栓治疗急性心肌梗死的临床研究

摘    要:目的观察川芎嗪联合尿激酶静脉溶栓治疗急性心肌梗死(AMI)的效果,探索基层医院提高AMI治疗效果的新途径。方法将495例符合静脉溶栓标准的AMI患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,两组的尿激酶溶栓和常规治疗相同,治疗组在此基础上加用川芎嗪,120mg/次,每天1次。观察两组患者的再通率、再灌注心律失常发生率、心功能、并发症、住院死亡率等。结果治疗组和对照组再通率分别为61.8%、60.1%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。再灌注心律失常的发生率治疗组和对照组分别为53.2%和71.3%,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。静脉溶栓后两组患者心功能、并发症、住院死亡率等方面差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论尿激酶静脉溶栓联合川芎嗪治疗AMI能有效抑制溶栓后再灌注心律失常的发生,对心功能降低的抑制作用近期不明显。
