小剂量维思通治疗首发精神分裂症的临床观察

目的 :观察小剂量维思通 (≤ 2mg/d)治疗首发精神分裂症的疗效并与经典抗精神病药氯丙嗪比较。方法 :对 94例符合CCMD 2 R精神分裂症诊断标准的门诊首发患者使用维思通或氯丙嗪进行 12周治疗 ,以BPRS、TESS量表评定其疗效和副反应。结果 :维思通、氯丙嗪治疗首发精神分裂症疗效无差异 ,而维思通出现锥体外系副作用较氯丙嗪少。结论 :小剂量维思治疗首发精神分裂症是可行有效的 ,且安全性良好

Effects of low dosage Risperdal to treat the first attack of schizophrenia

Objective:To observe the low dosage (≤2mg/d) Risperdal to treat the first attack of schizophrenia,and compared it with chlorpromazine.Methods:94 outpatients of schizophrenia,which fit the diagnose standard of CCMD 2 R,were randomly divided into Risperdal group and Chlorpromazine group.The course of treatment for the two groups continued 12 weeks,and their effects and side effects were evaluated by the quantitation tables of both BPRS and TESS.Results:There were no differences in curative effects between Risperdal group and Chlorpromazine group.Conclusion:It is effective and safe to treat the first attack of schizophrenia with low dosage Risperdal.
