两种缝线用于动静脉内瘘术的临床效果分析

目的探讨两种不同缝线用于动静脉内瘘术的临床效果。方法回顾性分析我院2005年6月至2009年6月两种不同逢线用于128例动静脉内瘘术患者,其中68例用国产普通无损伤逢线缝合血管,60例选用进口普理灵无损伤缝线缝合血管,对比两种缝线的术后血管通畅度及血管并发症。结果用普理灵无损伤缝线缝合动静脉血管后血管通畅程度好,术中断线及断针情况少,吻合口狭窄率发生低,优于国产缝线（P均〈0.01）。结论进口普理灵无损伤缝线用于血管吻合优于国产普通无损伤缝线,使用方便,利于建立并维持一个理想的永久性血管通路,从而提高患者存活率及生活质量。

The clinical effective analysis of Arteriovenous fistula using two suture lines
