青少年抑郁症患者个性特征与父母教养方式的相关性研究

目的探讨青少年抑郁症患者的个性特征与父母教养方式之间的关系。方法采用父母教养方式评价量表中文版（EMBU）和艾森克个性问卷（EPQ）对70例符合中国精神障碍分类与诊断标准第3版（CCMD-Ⅲ）诊断的青少年抑郁症患者（抑郁症组）和70例正常健康青少年（对照组）进行测试。结果与对照组相比,抑郁症组父母多表现为低情感温暖和理解,高严厉和高拒绝、否认,其个性特征表现为高神经质、高内倾性（均P〈0.05）。结论青少年抑郁症患者的个性缺陷与父母不良的教育方式有关。

Correlation of Personality Traits with Parental Rearing Patterns in Adolescents with Depression

Objective To investigate the relationship between personality traits and parental rearing patterns in adolescents with depression.Methods Seventy depressive adolescents who accorded with the diagnostic criteria of CCMD-Ⅲ（depression group） and 70 healthy adolescents（control group） were tested with Chinese version of egma minnenav bardndasnauppforstran（EMBU） and Eysenck Personality Questionnaire（EPQ）.Results Compared with the control group,the parents of depressive adolescents showed low emotional warmth and understanding,high stringent criterion,and rejection and denial（P〈0.05）.Personality traits of depressive adolescents were characterized by high neuroticism and introversion（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The personality deficiency of depressive adolescents is notably correlated with parental rearing patterns.
