金属烤瓷冠对牙周组织的影响研究

目的评价金属烤瓷修复体对牙周组织的影响。方法对平均修复年限从2～10年的100个基牙的烤瓷冠从功能、适合性、牙周情况等方面进行临床评价。结果以同名牙或邻牙为对照进行统计学分析，检查PFM修复体基牙100个，发生根萎缩者26颗牙，未发生根萎缩者74颗牙，发生率26％；对照组根萎缩者为4颗牙，无龈萎缩者为96颗牙，发生率4％，差异有显著陛（P〈0．05）。结论修复牙的龋萎缩率远大于天然牙。预防牙龈炎，金属烤瓷修复体修复前需保持牙周组织的健康状态；修复过程中注意对牙周组织的保护；修复后注意对牙周组织的保健。

Effect of Porcelain- Fused- to- Metal Crowns on the Periodontal Tissue

Objective To evaluate the clinical results of PFM restoration and prosthodontics. Methods 89 patients with PFM crowns and bridges which had served for two to ten years attended the follow- up examination.
