利用共词聚类分析法探讨国际疾病分类相关研究文献的热点

利用共词聚类分析方法探讨国际疾病分类文献研究热点。选取国际疾病分类作为研究对象,在PubMed数据库中下载相关文献,利用BICOMS书目信息共现挖掘系统处理数据,然后利用SPSS软件进行系统聚类。通过聚类图分析,得到4个大类。有关ICD研究的热点内容,主要集中在精神病诊断、病案管理、分类家族中的ICF、ICD统计功能等方面。

Discussion on the Research Hot Points of International Classification of Diseases (ICD) by Co-word Clustering Analysis

To analyze the research hot points of international classification of diseases (ICD) by using co-word a- nalysis.Downloaded related papers from PubMed then dealed them with BICOMS program and formed correlative matrix of sub- ject headings.The subject headings were clustered by SPSS program.From the dendrograms,the high frequent subject headings could be clustered into 4 general clusters.The hot points mainly focused on the subjects such as the diagnosis of mental disor- der,medical records,ICF and the statistical function of ICD,etc.
