| Abstract: | To regard the individuality of undergraduates and the change of community, in this article, experience of teaching pattern in directing research practice was summarized, which humanizedly solves the contradiction of scientific research practice, higher education and employment, and trains pharmaceutical students on their knowledge, scientific ability and skills too. |
