| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨卵黄囊与妊娠结局的关系。方法:对89例在孕早期不明原因的阴道流血患者进行B超检测,追踪观察胚胎发育情况。结果:正常妊娠组卵黄囊显示率高(91.11%);卵黄囊均显示清晰,圆而完整,壁薄透亮,正常值为0.3cm～0.9cm之间;异常妊娠组卵黄囊显示率低(22.92%);卵黄囊缺如、过大、过小、模糊变形。结论:孕早期阴道流血患者检测卵黄囊对妊娠结局有重大意义,为临床先兆流产是否保胎提供一定的科学依据。

| Abstract: | Objective To research the relationship between Yolk Sac and Pregnancy Outcome. Methods Detect 89 patients in Early Pregnancy with vaginal bleeding by B Ultrasound and observe the development of embryo continuously. Results The display rate of Yolk Sac in the group of normal pregnancy is high (91.11%). The display of Yolk Sac is clear, spherical and intact with its wall thin and bright.
