| 摘 要： | 目的：评价血浆ET和血清NO、NOS水平检测在急性颅脑损伤患者的临床意义。方法：采用RIA和生化法对35例健康人和31例急性脑外伤患者血浆和血清进行测定。结果：急性脑外伤患者在治疗前血浆ET和血清NO、NOS水平均非常显著地高于正常人组（P〈0.01）,而NO水平则显著地低于正常人组（P〈0.01）。经手术治疗后则与正常人组比较无显著性差异（P〉0.05）。结论：检测血浆ET和血清NO、NOS水平的变化对观察急性颅脑损伤的病情和预后判断均具有重要的临床价值。
